Corporate Chef Santo Bruno joined the Marsal Family in September 2002. Previously he had been the corporate chef for Garland Equipment for over 20 years. Chef Bruno's primary responsibilities are to promote and demonstrate Marsal Ovens and the other Marsal Equipment at various conventions and food shows the world over.

Chef Bruno's experience is quite extensive. His formal training was achieved in Europe at the prestigious Culinary Center Scuola Alberghiera in Palermo, Italy. Chef Bruno is also a long standing member of A.P.E.S. in Milano, Italy.

Chef Bruno has also helped to establish numerous restaurants in the United States, South America, and the Caribbean.

Chef Bruno's areas of gourmet expertise include, as one would expect, pizza, pasta dishes, chicken, veal and seafood. He also specializes in soups and delicious pastries and desserts.

While with Marsal & Sons, Chef Bruno has visited many of our Dealers and Representatives and has had many visitors to our Test Kitchen, where he has demonstrated the Marsal Ovens and our other Equipment.

During this time, Chef Bruno has made many appearances on TV, including Life & Style, The Food Channel, Martha Stewart, The History Channel, and many news events.

Chef Bruno is truly a professional and captivates his audience's attention with his humor and his knowledge during these demonstrations.
