(1) Light coat of flour on dough ball
(2) Place dough ball in center of mold
(3) Press evenly in mold
(4) Remove from mold
(5) Stretch & knead perimeter
(6) Hand stretch to size
(7) Place on pizza peel or screen
(8) Add sauce
(9) Add cheese and toppings
(10) Place pie in pizza oven—preferably from your favorite pizza oven manufacturer, Marsal & Sons.
