The MB Series are brick-lined gas fired pizza ovens. The bricks lining the baking chamber absorb moisture and radiate a dry, even heat, giving a faster cooked, crispier crust pie that looks and tastes great!

Brick-Lined Baking Chamber. The cooking surface is 2" thick brick and the rear and arched ceiling of the chamber is lined with 1.5" thick refractory brick providing more heat retention so your oven won't quit.

Marsal Burner Design runs the oven burner left to right for the best heat distribution.

Vented Control Door conceals thermostat and safety valve.

Chamber Opening is below a 2" lip that prevents heat from rolling out when the door is open.

Full Length 10 gauge Heat Deflectors diverts heat from the burners to ensure an even heat throughout the baking chamber.

Lightweight Double Panelled Door creates an air shield reducing heat loss and keeping the oven workspace much cooler.

Thermostatically controlled from 300° to 650° F.

Brightly Illuminated Chamber. 100 watt interior halogen light.

Counter-weight Oven Door with adjustable stop provides convenient open and closing actions.

Heavy Duty Adjustable Legs are welded to the oven's base.

Ultra High Temperature Fiberglass Insulation allows for 0" clearance on both sides. We recommend 3 - 4” of clearance in
rear for combustion air intake.

What Makes the MB Series The Best in the Industry?

We line the baking chamber of our MB Ovens with refractory bricks. These bricks absorb moisture and radiate a dry even heat giving a faster cooked, crispier crust pie

We have a two inch thick brick cooking surface and run our burners from left to right so that every pie has part of the burner system directly underneath it. 

All Marsal ovens include our special air chamber, located below the cooking surface, which eliminates hotspots so there is no need to spin or rotate pies.

The arched refractory brick-lined ceiling develops more of a heat synchronization enabling the oven to maintain temperature more efficiently and evenly.
All MB ovens come from the factory unfinished with an 18 gauge aluminized steel exterior.

MB Series ovens come manufactured with the patented Dome design. However, you may also have your oven with a Flat Top or Flat Dome that allows you to place pizza boxes on top of your MB oven.
