What Makes the SD Series The Best in the Industry?

SD Series ovens have a two inch thick brick cooking surface and our exclusive left-to-right burner system ensuring that every pie has part of the burner system directly underneath it. Pizza pies are crispier, tastier, and cooked much faster.

SD Series ovens also include our special air chamber, located below the cooking surface, which eliminates hotspots so there is no need to spin or rotate spies.

To give your pizza a better bake on top, we have designed a special side baffle system using slots instead of circles. These slots push more heat to the center of the oven, cooking your pies evenly the top.

SD Series ovens include many of the same features as the MB Series™ ovens and are built with heavy duty 18-gauge stainless steel on front and sides.
In order to provide you with exactly the right oven, Marsal has developed two SD models - a four pie and six pie model - with extra large door openings for easy access to the baking chamber and an 11 inch high baking chamber.

The SD 1048 and SD 1060 model ovens have all the same features of regular SD's but with 10" high door openings. If an extra large door opening is what you need, consider these models for your new pizza oven.
